At Frantastic Yoga & Fitness, I'm dedicated to helping others achieve optimal wellness and ensuring every client leaves feeling better than when they arrived. Located in Midtown Toronto, my home wellness studio offers a peaceful and welcoming environment where you can relax, restore, and re-energize. Yoga classes are suitable for all levels and focus on promoting flexibility, strength, and relaxation. All equipment is provided, including refreshing cucumber water for your enjoyment.

Join me for weekly small group yoga classes held at my home studio. Each class is $25 drop-in, and advance sign-up is required as space is limited.

Group Drop-In Restorative & Yin

Monday's & Friday's 8pm-9pm

Feeling mentally exhausted? Muscles sore and stiff?
Then Restorative & Yin is for you!

This fusion class blends the calming stillness of Restorative Yoga with the deep, targeted release of Yin Yoga. Restorative Yoga invites the mind and body to fully relax by holding supported postures that activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting a peaceful, restful state. With the help of props, your body is gently cradled, allowing stress and tension to melt away. In contrast, Yin Yoga focuses on long-held stretches that target deep connective tissues, enhancing flexibility, mobility, and energetic flow. Props are also used here to support the body and encourage passive release. Together, Restorative & Yin will teach you to slow down, embrace stillness, and leave feeling lighter, looser, and stress-free. Class ends with an extended soothing savasana, and for those who wish, a short aromatherapy neck massage to deepen your sense of relaxation.

Group Drop-In Hatha & Vinyasa

Monday's 6:30pm-7:30pm

This seamless blend of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga is designed to improve balance, strength, and flexibility. Flowing to music and the rhythm of your breath, each class begins with a series of sun salutations to gently warm the body and boost circulation. You'll be guided through a variety of poses that change each week, keeping the practice fresh and engaging. Options are always offered for beginners as well as those looking to deepen their practice, making it a perfect fit for all levels. We end each session with a restful savasana, and the option to receive a soothing aromatherapy oil massage on the back of your neck. The scent, like the music and poses changes weekly, creating a unique and uplifting experience every time.

Friday's 6:30pm-7:30pm

Ready to Sweat, Strengthen, and Flow?

Yoga Boot Camp is a fun and fiery fusion of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and yoga, designed to challenge your body and uplift your mind. This full-body workout blends dynamic yoga poses with strength-based exercises using bodyweight and light dumbbells (2–5 lbs) to build endurance, power, and balance. Set to upbeat Indian Bollywood music that keeps the energy high and the vibe joyful, this class will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and totally inspired. Whether you're looking to boost your fitness or just shake up your yoga routine, Yoga Boot Camp delivers a mindful sweat session like no other.

Private Yoga Class

Weekday & Weekend Availability

Private Yoga classes are offered at my home studio and remote at your home, work or event space. Private classes are available for 60 minutes and tailored to your specific needs.
